Hi All,

Nice to meet you, my name is Tanya, I am a self declared geek (and proud of it) and I am also an Introverted Leader in the IT sector.  An ex senior software engineer, I decided that I enjoyed working with people rather than sitting at my desk coding, so I left the technical behind and took up a secondment opportunity as a team leader when it came up.

I was talking to a friend not too long ago about how I would love to eventually help mentor and train up leaders but that I thought that I needed more experience before I could start doing that. My friend said to me why wait? That I already had years of experience and learning to share. So here I am writing this blog. These posts are all based on what I have learnt in my 38 years so I hope this helps others or at least generates some discussions.

I am planning to post book reviews, interviews with leaders, and articles on my experiences and things I learn along the way on my leadership journey.
